  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, revenue generating customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, and internal team
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal project team by seamlessly communicating needs and expectations.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow new business opportunities in collaboration with company goals


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years account management or other relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of multiple sectors (e.g. private, public, non-profit)
  • Agency and marketing experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in working with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ensure clients understand CP process, products and value while delivering a transformational and memorable client experience
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Technology experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel ~25%
  • Good sense of humor
