Position Summary

Our Marketing Communications Manager will develop and optimize highly-effective integrated marketing programs aligned to our network strategy by producing communications, experiences and collateral to target key personas. This role will develop messaging and tactics, embracing measurement of outcomes. Working cross-functionally, this role will champion the implementation of our content strategy to maximize network engagement and interpret KPIs to influence product messaging with our Accounts team. This role reports to our Brand Director.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated content and demand marketing engagement programs
  • Develop and evolve persona-based marketing programs to maximize relationship lifetime value
  • Create content and experiences necessary to deliver against programs
  • Implement and refine product messaging and value propositions in key market segments
  • Collaborate with Accounts team to identify priorities that inform campaign strategy
  • Track and report on campaigns and optimize over time
  • Monitor conversions and work with Accounts to fine-tune lead scoring

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate must be driven, curious and flourish in a highly-autonomous but highly-accountable culture.
  • Exceptional writing skills for both print and interactive, including email marketing and demand generation best practices
  • Ability to analyze campaigns for effectiveness and generate reporting
  • Possesses wide range of marketing skills, tools, and concepts including copywriting, design, Wordpress CMS, Salesforce, PPC, and analytics. Experienced with managing vendors in these specialities.
  • Proactive collaboration skills and proven ability to build coalitions across functional groups
  • Capacity to organize time, prioritize work and move work forward—despite ambiguity
  • Fully proficient on Mac OS, Salesforce, Mailchimp, MS Office suite, Social media tools

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and communications in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity of design thinking approaches, organizational strategies and marketing trends—a bonus!
