Responsibilities Include:

  • Define project scope, set timelines and allocate resources
  • Create detailed, critical path work plans
  • Conduct client communications across all levels
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Route approvals and changes through various teams and management
  • Prepares summaries and reports regarding project status
  • Maintain sensitivity to business practices, rules and regulations
  • Maintain a work environment that fosters team spirit and focuses on growth and profit objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years professional project management experience
  • 3-5 years agency experience (marketing or advertising) OR corporate in-house agency experience
  • Experience in forecasting, reconciliation, and managing projects with budgets over $200k
  • Exceptional writing, listening, and communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects with timely responsiveness to business needs and demands
  • Ability to take initiative to resolve problems with minimal supervision and instruction
  • Detail oriented, creative, organized, able to balance priorities, control costs, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with internal staff, business partners, clients, and the local community
  • Highly responsive and customer service-oriented
  • High-performing, solution-oriented, team player
  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
